Marble Shower Project - Pic 4

Ahhhh...getting better. Sheets of Soterra stone are on the ceiling, walls, & top of shower seat. (blue tape is temporary!) The color is called Oyster Beige. It looks great with the accent tile that you see on the base of the shower seat. The accent tile is stone and glass and will also fill the horizontal space in the middle of the wall panels. Really brings together the custom look and spa feel we all like!

Marble Shower - Pic 2

Okay -- this is the second picture of the marble shower project that we have started. (the lag time is my fault, the "blog post-er", not Troy and Ken's, our installers :) What you are seeing is not so exciting, but important...moisture resistant drywall all around, it gets waterproofed and then they will start applying the sheets of Soterra Marble. (i hear the ceiling is done, i am waiting for the pictures!) Stay tuned...

Illinois Prairie Pastel Society

The showroom is filled with 35 pieces of amazing art from local artists who belong to the Illinois Prairie Pastel Society. It was really awesome to work with Sue Scaife and George King placing the works in our displays and planning our Opening for this past Friday night. Always fun to have people in the showroom, but especially fun to meet many of the artists. DreamMaker is open 9-3, Mon-Fri for all to view the wonderful art. Many works are available for purchase!

Marble Shower Project

We just started a cool bathroom shower project giving us the opportunity to use Soterra panels, which are thin sheets of actual marble only 1/4" thick. This gives us a lot of flexibility with different applications. Follow our progress as we transform this space into a luxurious shower with integrated bench.
